Can I withdraw $MASK tokens or exchange them for money?⌄
No. The $MASK token is the platform’s internal currency: it can’t be bought, withdrawn, exchanged or transferred to another user.
Why can’t I create a duel?⌄
Check that your email is verified, your profile has passed the check, you have enough $MASK tokens and the game hasn’t started yet. Duels are also unavailable to participants of the tournament the game belongs to.
How long does the profile check take?⌄
A moderator checks profiles manually. You’ll get the answer in your notifications. If more details are needed, correct your data and submit it again.
What happens if no one accepts my duel?⌄
After 2 minutes the duel expires and your stake goes back to your wallet in full.
How is the duel bank split?⌄
A 5% fee is taken from the bank, and the rest is split equally among participants with the right prediction.
What if participants gave different answers?⌄
The duel goes to a manager right away. The manager checks the result against federation data and settles the duel.
What if the game ended in a draw or was cancelled?⌄
All stakes are returned in full, with no fee.
Why isn’t a tournament on the site?⌄
We show tournaments with a known city and country (or online), at least 10 participants and some games. Tournaments are updated once a week.
I didn’t get the email.⌄
Check your spam folder and make sure the address is correct. On the verification page you can resend the email or correct your email address.
Can I change my nickname?⌄
Yes, in your profile. You can change your nickname once every 30 days at most.
