Help Centre

Sign-up

• Enter your email, nickname, password, full name and date of birth. You must be 18 or older to sign up.
• Your nickname can use Latin or Cyrillic letters. Nicknames that differ only by letters from different alphabets count as the same.
• If you play in tournaments, list your federations and, if you have them, links to your player profiles. This is needed for the profile check.

Email verification

After you sign up, we send you an email with a link. Duels are unavailable until your email is verified. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder and click “Resend email”. If you made a typo in the address, you can change it before verifying.

Log-in and password

Log in with your email and password. If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot password?” link on the log-in page and we’ll send you a reset email. Emails arrive in the language of the page you requested them from.

One person, one account

Creating several accounts is not allowed. Linked accounts are detected by the fair play system and may be blocked.
